We’re sorry to hear that the table has been damaged. The item was delivered on 7th January in intact condition, with no issues reported at the time of delivery.

We received your email on Saturday evening. As this was outside of our business hours, a colleague is responding today now that we’ve reopened.

From the information provided in your email, it appears the table has been knocked over while items were being placed on it. We’ve replied directly to request further details and photographs so we can fully assess the situation and advise on the most appropriate next steps.

We’re always happy to assist and encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review matters properly. We’ll continue the conversation with you via email shortly.

Thank you for your review Aissa. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of the mat.

When you originally placed your order, this item had a delivery time of three weeks stated online, as it was awaiting our next post-Christmas shipment. This information was displayed on the product page at the time of purchase in the 'Delivery Information' tab, as well as the colour coded bar at the top of the product page.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope the mat is enjoyed by your relatives.

Hi Rosie,

Thank you for your further comments. We would like to clarify the points raised, as some information in your review is not accurate.

Our Christmas delivery banner stated that in-stock items with a 1–5 day delivery timeframe were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. This banner also linked directly to the eligible in-stock products. Items with longer delivery lead times were not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

The mats you ordered had a clearly stated delivery timeframe of up to three weeks at the time of purchase. This information was displayed in two places on the product page: within the Delivery Information tab and via the colour-coded stock indicator, which confirms whether an item is in stock or available to purchase with an extended lead time. As such, the items were not shown as in-stock with guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery.

We did not receive any correspondence from you prior to Christmas to query delivery times. Had you contacted us at that stage, we would have been able to confirm the expected delivery date or cancel the order for you if required.

We also did not receive any request to cancel the order once Christmas had passed. As no cancellation was requested, the order proceeded to dispatch when stock became available in January.

If you have since received the items and would like to return them, please confirm the name or email address used at checkout so we can locate your order and issue a returns form. We are unable to find any orders under the name Rosie Price Heys.

Hi,

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

You contacted us on 8th January to report that your item had arrived damaged, and we replied the same morning requesting photos so we could assist. We received the photos at the end of last week; however, we do not operate over weekends. Since reopening after the weekend, we have responded to you to arrange a collection and full refund.

We always aim to respond as quickly as possible and ask that customers allow up to 48 hours for a reply during working days. We’re sorry for any frustration caused by the timing, but we can confirm that the matter is now being resolved.

We appreciate your feedback regarding packaging. Not all of our items are supplied with gift boxes; only items that are shown with gift packaging in the product photos. Items that do not include a gift box are securely packed in plain FSC packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

That said, we’re grateful you’ve taken the time to share your thoughts, and we’ll certainly take them on board as we continue to review our packaging options.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We can confirm that your order was delivered on 23rd December, in line with our Christmas delivery timeframe and in time for Christmas as stated on our website. When you contacted us on 19th December expressing concern, we replied the same day to confirm delivery and also offered to cancel the order if you preferred not to proceed.

Regarding the finish of the item, the product images shown on our website are unedited and accurately represent the colour and finish of the piece. We’re sorry that it did not meet your personal expectations, but the item was supplied as advertised.

If you were unhappy with the item on arrival, you were welcome to return it to us for a full refund in line with our returns policy. We’re sorry to hear that you chose not to do so, but this option was available.

Thank you for updating your review. We would like to clarify a few points to ensure the timeline and details are accurately reflected.

Your order was placed on 5th December with a clearly stated delivery timeframe of up to three weeks, as the mugs were temporarily sold out and awaiting reprinting. The order was dispatched on 19th December, which was fully within the advertised delivery timeframe shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

When you contacted us on 11th December, we replied on 12th December to confirm that the order was expected to be dispatched the following week. At no point was delivery guaranteed for a specific weekend or birthday date. Your email advised that the item was required for Christmas, and in response to this we dispatched your order on 19th December and upgraded the shipment to a Tracked 24 service at no additional cost to help it arrive as quickly as possible.

Regarding packaging, the mugs are securely wrapped to ensure they arrive safely. They are not advertised or photographed as arriving in gift boxes, and gift packaging is only included where this is clearly shown and stated on the product listing. We’re sorry that this did not meet your personal expectations.

If the item is no longer required, you are of course welcome to return it in line with our returns policy. Please email hello@limitedabode.co.uk

Thanks for your feedback.

We’re sorry for any confusion caused. We’ve actually replied to all three of your emails this week, but it seems our messages may have gone to your promotions or junk folder — we’ve just resent them for your reference.

We also gave you a call this morning to confirm your order details. As discussed, two of your three mugs were dispatched right away, and the third had a longer lead time of up to three weeks when you placed your order. The good news is that the final item will be arriving earlier than expected and will arrive at our warehouse in the next day or two. Once we've received it, we will get your final item sent out immediately — you’ll receive a tracking email once it ships.
