After being with sky for many years and deciding to leave due to ridiculous price rises we have had nothing but a nightmare! money being taken from accounts without authorisation, promising refunds several times then not refunding, promising to remove account details then taking more money causing debt, complaint raised with no response at all! Even when you try to leave they harass you and still take your money, dont go near them
I Have made several phone calls and spent hours on the phone, been promised calls back Iâve never received so there is no point following the links.

this companies customer service team are a bunch of childish idiots that put on stupid voices and lie about things constantly. i was offered a package that was £3 CHEAPER than my last and my bills went up not down and when i spoke to them about it the agent had lied to me and they couldnt give me the price he offered me so i cancelled it. i have been a customer with these for all my adult life and they have got worse and worse to deal with, not a good company any more.

No internet for 34 days
Sky left us with no internet for 34 days. Where we live we have no phone signal so we were totally cut off. They did not compensate us fairly which should have been £9.98 x 34 days they tried to give us £49 which when you take out the monthly bill you've paid is all of 64pence/day. No empathy, shocking service,avoid at all costs!

Do not believe what Sky tell you re cost of their packages
When I renewed my subscription in September 2024 I was told that Sky Cinema would be added free of charge. Whilst I did not want this part of the service, I was persuaded to add it as it was "free". I have recently discovered that I had been paying £10 per month since the renewal for a package that I do not want or use. After speaking with 5 different people over two lengthy calls I have been told that they will not take up my complaint as I am unable to prove that what I am saying is correct. Totally unacceptable business practice and customer service
Spent hours on the phone on 9/10 March 2026 to attempt to reduce monthly charges by adding broadband to our out of contract TV package .
Eventually after being passed around 4 departments believed we had a way forward . But only received email confirmation of Broadband with subsequent calls unable to initiate emailed confirmation of the contract price for TV/Broadband verbally agreed.
Immediately cancelled the Broadband ( through preactive cancellation team ) as better value contract /customer service with different providers . The Sky modem arrived the next day and Iâve spent time today , 24 March trying to find how best to return the unopened package as the detail promised on phone on 16 March 2026 did not arrive .All calls have failed ( canât hear me / cut off / Will call me back ) .
Sky must have millions of customers but the most appalling business practice and customer service .
Skyâs response to my on line feedback offers links to social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. I use neither and couldnât get the links to work. But interesting that there was no number or email address to take a very frustrated customer directly through to a person who could quickly sort the problem .

When Sky sent correspondence telling us that they are increasing their prices again in April we called them up to see if we could reduce the monthly bill.
We got a ridgid NOfrom them.
We tried to open a new account under the Husbands name and were offered a better deal however Sky then cancelled my Broadband without telling me, they said they sent a letter to the 'occupier' of the property that had no account number on it so who was it for?
Have had numerous phone calls from different staff at Sky for the exact same thing, it is getting tedious for sure.
Was offered a £15 as some sort of compensation, really? But then looking at all the 1 star reviews I guess it would cost Sky a fortune.
Have found a deal with Virgin for £35 a month less for a slightly better package with all the amenities that we get with Sky at present.
The long and short of it, Corporate Greed, That's all it is, it is all over the internet.
My advice, Go look elsewhere.

Yet they charged me £19.71 on top of my monthly cost for ONE PHONE CALL 0345..... to my Bank ! Charged for the whole call at such high rates it's really not worth having I barely us my Landline except for important calls like this one ,free minutes would be A better idea ,really upset as a Pensioner ð¥.

I called yesterday,after 10 minutes of security questions Agent named Slatten gave me another customer support phone number ,said his not able to review any details of the cost charged, then this other phone number refers you to App Automated chat ....who completely and deliberately doesn't have any access to payments/contract or even understands a sentence ,choose your option subject box ONLY .
However completely understands if I wanted to add another Sky package. We cannot speak to Sky about our actual account?
